EMDR

EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is an evidence-based therapy for trauma (PTSD) that was developed by Francine Shapiro in 1987. EMDR can free us from the weight of the past...memories that are stuck and unprocessed.  EMDR has also been used successfully to treat many other stress related conditions. It can be done in-person and via video. I am EMDR-trained by EMDR HAP:
