Sometimes talk therapy isn't enough.

It can be hard for many people to put feelings to words.

Expressive arts therapy can:

  • Heal! The arts are healing in-of-themselves!

  • Provide safe and contained ways to express your feelings.

  • Offer safe, playful, and meaningful ways to explore your inner world and reconnect with yourself...including your inner wisdom and your subconsciousness. 

  • Get you unstuck from ways of thinking that no longer serve you, opening up new possibilities.

  • Include visual art (drawing, painting, collage), body poses, sound and movements, role-play/drama, music, poetry/writing, identifying metaphors, and anything creative.

 

No prior experience in the arts is necessary!
